Birchbox Vanity Fair Limited Edition Box.

Birchbox Breakdown

Your vanity isn't just a shelf for storing your odds and ends—it's a place of honor for your prettiest lotions, potions, and keepsakes. It’s also the space where you go to tinker and try, primp and play. This collection is designed to give your vanity a glamorous update. It's filled with top-shelf beauty picks, from a luxurious French bath oil to a just-launched volumizing spray from celebrity hairstylist Serge Normant, as well as supersparkly ways to display your latest treasures. A $309 value!

How it Works

This box of upgrades starts with a celeb favorite lip balm, BY TERRY Baume de Rose, which instantly softens dry lips and cuticles with shea butter and rose wax. For the rest of your body, there’s Maison Caulières’ Perfumed Bath Oil, an indulgent soak that pampers skin with a blend of real rose petals, and Sunday Riley’s Good Genes Treatment, an antiaging wonder that fades dark spots and plumps fine lines. You’ll flip over the exclusive eye shadow palette from MAKE, which mixes shimmery and matte shadows to help you create a multilayered effect, as well as the pair of superluxe, five-free nail lacquers from celeb nail artist Jin Soon Choi. We’ve also included TOCCA’s most romantic Eau de Parfum: Margaux, a blend of zesty citrus and lush floral notes. Keep that winter glow going strong with Tata Harper’s Volumizing Lip & Cheek Tint, an all-natural, dual-purpose pigment, and a pinky-nude gloss from Chantecaille, which hydrates lips and provides up to six hours of megawatt shine. For the season’s most nourishing hair treatment, we nominate SHU UEMURA Art of Hair Essence Absolue Oil-in-Cream, which smooths away frizz for sleek, polished strands that don’t feel weighed down. Once your hair is dry, spritz in Serge Normant’s Dream Big Instant Volumizing Spray, a brand new launch that maximizes hair’s fullness while it strengthens. Last but not least, upgrade your vanity’s storage options with Stephanie Johnson’s Tinseltown Gold Jewelry Tray, a metallic hold-all that can be laid flat and stashed in your travel bag, and Rosanna’s Alhambra Medium Vessel, a porcelain jar decorated with 24-karat gold.

Sleeping Beauty Notecard Set by Enesco From The Walt Disney Archives Collection. Art by Eyvind Earle & Marc Davis.

Sleeping Beauty Notecard Set by Enesco From The Walt Disney Archives Collection
Released September 2015 by Enesco as a part of The Walt Disney Archives Collection.

The product description from Enesco website reads:
"In a gift box inspired by the storybook in the film's opening sequence, this collection includes 20 notecards (2 each of 10 designs), envelopes & stickers. Images include rarely seen production artwork and promotional material, history details on each card"

Since it's basically been Eyvind Earle week around here I thought it would be fun to share some photos of my Sleeping Beauty Enesco Notecard Set.  It is honestly one of the absolute coolest Disney items I have even ever picked up.  I bought my set during a Walt Disney World vacation from the gallery right outside of Epcot.  I was kicking myself at the time because I didn't want to have to take my stationary sets home with me on the plane but the art inside looked incredible so I couldn't resist.  I also picked up The Snow White set and the Cinderella set.  Those were the only 3 for sale at Epcot the time I was there.  Enesco also sells a Fantasia and Pinocchio set. I thought they were priced around $30.00 each at Epcot but on the Enesco website they sell for $25.00.  I could be wrong but I was thinking it was $90 for the three.  Anyways, I'm going to first show my photos from the Sleeping Beauty set.  Cinderella and Snow White will be another day, another post.

This is the inside cover from the box, it opens like a book. The packaging alone makes this a special stationary set.  Look at this box!  Its beautiful.

The set comes with 20 plain white envelopes.

Also included are 20 adhesive card seals with the Walt Disney Archives logo.

The cards all have a gold foil detail and each one looks like art worthy of framing.
